I washed it on delicate, laid flat to dry and noticed there were two good size holes in the stitching. I contacted the owner, and she replied once very nonchalant but has since not replied to three e mails trying to get the return complete. I was so excited and wanted to love this shop. It was a 40 dollar Christmas sweatshirt that I have not even got to wear.
